Products and orders

Product features, contents, prices, currency, shipping options and taxes applicable to your order are shown on the product page and at checkout. We may correct an obvious error and contact you before accepting an affected order. An order is subject to availability and confirmation. Any bundles, gifts or discount codes apply only where stated at checkout.

Use and care

Follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with your heated shawl, including the compatible power requirements and cleaning directions. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Do not use a damaged electrical product. Product images used to illustrate the shopping experience may be styled concepts; check the final product details supplied with your order.

Delivery and returns

See our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy for the applicable process. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
