We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the WarmWear heated shawl. Contact info@neralio.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number to start a return. We will send the applicable return instructions and destination. Please do not send items to our mailing address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Change of mind

For UK online orders, you may also cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 30-day guarantee gives you longer to contact us about a change-of-mind return. Return the shawl and included items in reasonable condition; handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product may reduce a refund where the law permits. You are responsible for change-of-mind return postage unless we agree otherwise. We will explain the return method before you send anything.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds

After we receive the return or sufficient proof of return, we will process an eligible refund to your original payment method within the time required by applicable law. For a UK cancellation, we also refund standard outbound delivery where applicable. Any extra paid for a premium delivery method may not be refundable. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
